energy?petrochemical company or bank?

My question is and maybe its been asked before but here goes,I want to get into trading, preferably derivative trading,now for future purposes is it better to get an internship?graduate programme at a bank or an energy/agricultural company....which one should I choose if i want to be a succesful trader were will I get better training,basically i want to know the pros and cons of going to both choices Asked by leratoS, 31 days ago

No I dont, I want to know what the pros and cons are,from a training point of view which is better. when you are starting out .besides the money,what are the other pros and cons to starting out in iether,im still studying i just doing research for when I actually go out and look for work, betting on both is not an issue at the moment.

Do you have a firm offer? If not then its probably best to hedge your bets and apply for both roles.
