I have not been offered job after interview, for junior company secretarial positions any advice anyone?

I would try to find out where you went wrong. You clearly were good on paper as you were invited to interview. It is really important to find out what areas you need to improve on so that you can make changes when you get another opportunity. You may find that your experience / credentials did not match the role which is difficult for you to rectify. However, if you were not sufficiently prepared, were unable to sell yourself and get your enthusiasm across, perhaps due to nerves, its important that you know about this. Try to contact the company and ask for some constructive feedback and explain the reasons why you would like it. Be persistent, if you don’t get an answer first time, try again, you may get a different, more helpful person.
